However, we also offer Premium Memberships that provide enhanced exposure for your profile across various Rishtaywala.com platforms such as the Premium Interest Wall, Inbox, Search Results, Emails, Rishta Chat, SMS, and Video Chat.
1. Agreement to Terms of Use: To utilize the Rishtaywala.com Service, you must first become a registered member on our Website, community sites, or mobile applications ("Site"). According to the Information Technology Act, 2000, Rishtaywala.com acts as an intermediary (as defined under sub-clause (w) of Section 2). Account Security:
You are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials established during the registration process. You are solely accountable for all activities carried out under your account. Prompt notification of any unauthorized access, disclosure, or security breach is required, and you should log out at the end of each session to ensure account security.
Term and Termination:
1. This Agreement remains in effect as long as you make use of our Site.
2. If you wish to terminate your membership, you can do so at any time by either deleting your profile from the Site or contacting Rishtaywala.com in writing. Upon termination, any unused subscription fees, if applicable, will not be refunded, unless stated otherwise in writing.
3. Rishtaywala.com holds the right to terminate your access to the Site or your membership at its discretion, including instances of breaching the terms of use, using the service for commercial purposes, engaging in prohibited or inappropriate communication or activity. Notification of termination will be sent to the email address provided during membership application or any updated address. If membership is terminated due to breach of terms, no refund of subscription fees, if applicable, will be granted.
4. Certain provisions of this Agreement, specifically sections 4, 5, 6, 7, and sections 9 to 16, shall remain enforceable even after termination.
5. The duration of paid Membership will align with the chosen membership type.
6. Should business operations cease, a refund of 50% of the remaining, unused membership fees will be provided.
7. Non-commercial use is stipulated for members. The Site is intended for personal profile promotion to attract suitable matches and must not be associated with commercial activities. This includes refraining from linking to competitive websites. Corporations and businesses cannot be members and should not utilize the Rishtaywala.com Service or Site for any reason. Unauthorized and unlawful use of the Site, including unauthorized framing or linking, will result in investigation and legal actions.
8. Additional Terms of Use for Members:
• Rishtaywala.com retains the sole discretion to review account activity and status, leading to access restriction.
• Rishtaywala.com may restrict or suspend website access based on member activity, status, or criteria deemed appropriate, with prior notification.
9. By registering, you confirm your acceptance of receiving emails, SMS/WhatsApp messages, and calls from Rishtaywala.com and its members, as long as you maintain membership. This consent covers SMS for mobile verification and OTP-based transactions through the Payment Gateway. This supersedes preferences set in the Do Not Disturb (DND Register) or National Customer Preference Register (NCPR). Consent extends to communications related to phone number verification, matchmaking advertising, inquiries, and promotions.
3. Our platform, Rishtaywala.com, enforces a strict policy against the creation of multiple profiles for a single individual. We retain the authority to deactivate any duplicate profiles without issuing refunds for subscription fees.
4. By using our services, you verify the accuracy and correctness of all content and information provided, including personal details. If you're creating a profile on behalf of someone else (friend, sibling, or child), you confirm that you possess the necessary permission and consent from the individual for whom the profile is being created. Impersonation is illegal and subject to legal repercussions.
5. To enhance trustworthiness, we strongly recommend uploading a copy of your government-issued identification, such as a Driving License or Passport, and displaying a trust badge on your profile.
6. While our platform serves as a means to promote your profile for matchmaking purposes, any form of advertising or solicitation to buy or sell products or services to other members through our services is strictly prohibited.
7. Sending chain letters or unsolicited junk emails to other Rishtaywala.com members is not allowed. It's important to note that even though we cannot oversee members' actions outside of our site, using information obtained from other members to harass, abuse, or harm them, or to contact, solicit, or sell to any member without explicit consent, constitutes a violation of our agreements.
8. Rishtaywala.com retains the discretion to take appropriate measures to safeguard both the platform and its members from abuse or misuse, as it deems necessary.
9. By utilizing our Services and platforms, you commit to refraining from any harassment of fellow members, including while using features like RishtaywalaMeet, Near Me, or RishtaywalaLive.
10. Interactions with other members are expected to be respectful, and if participating in events like RishtaywalaLive or RishtaywalaMeet, appropriate attire is required.
11. The use of automated processes such as IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI, or any other programs/scripts to view content or communicate with Rishtaywala.com and its members is prohibited.
12. We maintain the right to review communications or advertisements sent to other members and may delete inappropriate or obscene content at our sole discretion, without prior notice to the member involved.

b. By providing Content for publicly accessible areas of the Site, including contact details, you grant Rishtaywala.com an irrevocable and unconditional consent and license to use, store, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and publicly display such Content on the Site and within the Rishtaywala.com community.

3. Transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," unsolicited mass mailing, or "spamming."
4. Promotion of false, misleading, or illegal information, along with abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous conduct.
5. Promotion of unauthorized copies of copyrighted work, including pirated software or links, ways to bypass copy protection, or pirated music or links.
6. Content with restricted or password-only access, hidden pages, or unlinked images.
7. Display of explicit pornographic material.
8. Material exploiting individuals under 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or soliciting personal information from those under 18.
9. Instructional information on illegal activities, such as creating illegal weapons, violating privacy, or generating computer viruses.
10. Solicitation of passwords or personal information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users.
